A major renovation has completely rejuvenated this coastal property and enhanced its appearance from every angle. First, the tiled roof was replaced with a skillion Colorbond roof reducing the overall height and providing shade to the windows below. A recycled timber feature wall enclosing the new staircase, warm cedar sunshades and new aluminum windows have transformed the formerly featureless façade. Timber slats have turned the pool area into an elegant private space now surrounded by Travertine stone and timber decking. Extensive internal improvements have afforded a new kitchen and living area, open stair well and a master bedroom, all of which command views of the Pacific Ocean.
