First the roof was replaced on this 70’s project home. Extended eaves and new bay windows enlarged three bedrooms without major structural changes. Next, the living room was significantly extended, with the floor lowered to add height to this space. The windows were replaced with cedar frames and sandstone highlights were added to the elevations, transforming the appearance and giving this home a new lease of life.
